Spanish law allows a company or a self-employed professional to establish their registered and tax address at a business centre, provided the requirements on location and receipt of official notifications set by the Spanish Tax Agency rules on tax domicile are met. Do the Canary Islands have a different tax regime? Does it affect domiciliation?

The Canary Islands have their own economic and tax regime (REF) and apply IGIC instead of VAT.
