What is fiscal and registered domiciliation for a company?
Domiciliation is the process of registering an address as your company's fiscal and registered office with the Tax Agency and the Commercial Registry. With this service, a business centre makes its address available to your company to meet that legal obligation without having to rent an office.
What is the difference between fiscal address, registered office and commercial address?
The fiscal address is the address registered with the Tax Agency for tax purposes. The registered office is the address recorded in the company's bylaws and at the Commercial Registry. The commercial address is the one used with clients and suppliers. In many cases, all three can coincide at the same address.
How does online contracting work?
You choose the city and address, select the biannual or annual plan, complete payment by card via Stripe and receive your domiciliation contract by email in minutes. Afterwards, the business centre contacts you to formalise the documentation.
Can I sign up without having my company's CIF yet?
Yes. This is very common for newly formed companies. During checkout, in the CIF field you can enter "In formation" or "In progress". You'll provide the final CIF to the business centre once your company is registered.
Who provides the domiciliation service?
